Nice to meet you. I'm Chase - 26 Years Old, and I'll Tell You Some of my Professional Journey. 

First, we'll start with undergraduate. I attended Tulane University and graduated in the firestorm of the pandemic with two majors and two minors. I was the sole student in the A.B. Freeman Business School to graduate with an honors' distinction, and yet, could not get enough of the code. While in college, I fell in love with running, sports, and the admissions process, which has inspired me to get to where I am today. 

After college, I've worked for both SAP and Accenture in roles that best represented my intersection of interests - business and technology. I've consulted for multiple FAANG companies, most recently a team lead of eight security engineers in a Seattle-based one!

In the evenings & weekends, I studied hard for my Master's in ML from UT Austin. Hook 'em Horns! In the program, I learned Machine Learning concepts such as Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Online Learning. 

As a culmination of my software consulting and studies, I am currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Atelio (FIS). In my role, I manage end-to-end CI, CD, and MLOps pipelines and provide the infrastructure underlying our ML models.

My dream one day is to own my own Machine Learning Consulting Business. I thrive at the intersection of education, business consulting, and Machine Learning technology. That's why I'm starting with this blog -- I'd like to keep everything in one place - with one website, take a look at what I can do.
